Marienholm is a joint creation by Estonia’s leading architects. The architecture evolves from phase to phase, enriching the area. In the first phase, wood, glass, and abundant natural light take center stage (3+1 Architects).
In the second phase, the focus shifts to white structural concrete, which feels sculptural in this natural setting (BOA Architects). All homes are designed for a calm, unhurried pace of life and are located right on the waterfront—reach out and feel the touch of the lagoon.
