Topping-Out Ceremony Held for Marienholm Development in Haapsalu

On Friday, July 12, Scandium Kinnisvara and Mitt & Perlebach held a topping-out ceremony for the Marienholm seaside development in Haapsalu. This project represents the largest private investment in Haapsalu’s history. Five buildings with 50 apartments have been completed, including a record eight homes in Haapsalu, each costing over half a million euros. Prices for two-room apartments start at 180,000 euros.

Next to the main gate of the Põhjala factory, the construction of the spacious Marati Kvartal began. A total of 76 apartments, business premises, a large 24-7 Fitness gym, a wide promenade and a park area will be built here. The investment for building the quarter is nearly 15 million euros.

A modern residential quarter rises at Luige

Scandium Kinnisvara and Everaus Kinnisvara are developing a modern residential quarter consisting of 21 buildings at Luige. In the next two and a half years, 96 apartments will be completed in the large-scale development called Luige Homes, most of which are two-story terraced houses with a private garden. The heart of the area will be a community house where childcare facilities, a gym, and yoga hall, and a community garden with a greenhouse has been planned.

Nestin Rent, the first operator and developer of complete rental houses in Estonia and one with the largest rental portfolios, is now called Scandium Living. The company, which previously managed apartments and rental houses mainly owned by Scandium Kinnisvara, expanded its operations and now offers rent management services to other large property owners. Over the next three years, the portfolio is expected to expand to 2,000 rental apartments.
