Peterburi Road 1a, TallinnThis 13-storey office building, designed by the architectural firm Pluss, offers views of Tallinn Bay, the Old Town and Lake Ülemiste. The high-rise building will be built according to the LEED principle to satisfy even the highest technical expectations of customers. We are designing many interesting and high-tech extras, that are simply not found in other Estonian commercial buildings today – solar panels on the roof and the facade, smart lighting and ventilation, the use of rainwater to irrigate Scandium Park vegetation and much more. You can park on two underground floors, where we will also build separate bicycle rooms and washing facilities.

On the first floor we will create a café with a wide selection of menus, on the second floor we will build a well-equipped gym and yoga hall, enabling comfortable workouts. In addition, there is a multimedia room on the floor to share new ideas with the team. With the café and extra rooms, you can experience variety and change of environment without leaving the building. On the fifth floor, a terrace with park elements and zoned seating areas offers a cosy place to feel good in the middle of nature. Furthermore, for business partners and specialists to feel especially comfortable, the 6th through 9th floors of Scandium Park offers 1 to 2-room rental studios.
