It is said that every Estonian desires to visit Pärnu at least once during the summer months. However, the more adventurous choose to prolong their stay. Just a few steps away from Bellevue lies the Baltics’ most renowned sandy beach, Supeluse Street adorned with charming cafes, a lively marina, and numerous tennis courts, the closest of which are just across the street. With its prime location and grandeur, the building at Tammsaare 11 has been a prominent example of resort architecture for decades. Throughout the past century, it has served various public purposes – at times as the beloved Bellevue summer hotel, at others as a boarding house named Karls Ruh or Promenade.
Under the guidance of Scandium, both the beautiful lace villa and the two auxiliary buildings on the property will be given a new lease on life.
