Marienholm PeninsulaThe development of Marienholm, a unique seaside residential community in Haapsalu, has reached another important milestone – Marienholm Phase II, featuring 25 new waterfront homes and a landscaped park area. For Marienholm’s second phase, a new team of architects stepped in, bringing a fresh perspective and an even higher level of spatial quality to the peninsula – all while preserving Haapsalu’s distinctive seaside resort character. The architecture of the new phase combines textured white concrete with beautifully curved terraces, creating a fresh and elegant whole in this unique waterfront setting.
