Marienholm’s Exclusive Show Apartment Has Found Its Buyer

An exclusive show apartment was completed in Marienholm in early autumn 2025 — a space that is not merely a home, but an experience.
The spacious interior unfolding across two floors reveals itself calmly and confidently, allowing light, views, and details to tell their own story.

The interior was designed by interior architect Lilia Kristianson-Kraav, who has created a space that relates to the surrounding nature in a natural and timeless way.

“The design of this Marienholm apartment is inspired by the beauty of Estonia’s early autumn landscape and the colours of the sunset,” explains Lilia. “Here, inspiration is not just an idea, but a tangible layer present in every tone and texture. Natural materials are interwoven with soft textiles in deep hues, reflecting the sea views visible through the windows and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.”

The openness between the two floors gives the home room to breathe. High ceilings and an open-plan layout enhance the movement of light, making the passage of the day visible and tangible within the space.
The material palette is defined by a sense of calm — wood, stone, and textiles do not compete, but instead support a cohesive whole. Details are carefully finished, yet never excessive — just enough to ensure the space remains timeless and retains its natural elegance. This is an interior where luxury is not expressed through excess, but through thoughtfully considered comfort.

The final, yet highly significant layer of the interior is formed by carefully curated details. The artwork displayed in the apartment originates from Artrovert Gallery, adding character and emotional depth to the space. The pieces are not merely decorative; they engage in dialogue with both the architecture and the surrounding nature, lending the interior personality and a sense of timelessness. The presence of art brings the space to life, inviting one to pause and truly notice.
