A pre-construction party was held in DUO Lofts at the end of November, during which the mayor of Tartu, Urmas Klaas, as well as members of the Scandium and Domus teams, had their first hit with a demolition hammer!

Scandium Kinnisvara has acquired the historic wooden villa at Tammsaare Boulevard 11 in Pärnu. This long-abandoned building, well known to many, will be thoroughly reconstructed inside and out. The building, once used as a holiday retreat during Estonia's early years, will regain its original historic function as luxurious holiday apartments.
Construction is starting on the advanced green apartment building, Allika Kodud, in the centre of Keila. The five-story building, featuring modern architecture, will include a rare green roof in Estonia, vertical greenery on the walls of the building with an automated irrigation system, solar panels, and numerous bicycle storage spaces. The developer is Scandium Kinnisvara, and the builder is Tesron Ehitus.
On Friday, July 12, Scandium Kinnisvara and Mitt & Perlebach held a topping-out ceremony for the Marienholm seaside development in Haapsalu. This project represents the largest private investment in Haapsalu’s history. Five buildings with 50 apartments have been completed, including a record eight homes in Haapsalu, each costing over half a million euros. Prices for two-room apartments start at 180,000 euros.
