The Tondi barracks complex is one of the most iconic areas of military heritage in Tallinn’s history. Its Art Nouveau–style buildings, adorned with red brick and limestone, were completed more than a hundred years ago. Scandium will create modern office spaces and apartments within the building, shaping a diverse and dynamic living and business environment.
