A completed quarter in the heart of Kopli
Marati Quarter is a distinctive residential and commercial development in North Tallinn, located directly opposite Põhjala Factory on the Kopli peninsula. Its promenade, bold architecture and industrial character create a unique urban setting where history, creativity and contemporary city life come together.
The quarter is now complete, with just two apartments and two commercial spaces still available. Spacious windows, thoughtful layouts and views towards the courtyard, Põhjala Factory or the sea make these final spaces a rare opportunity to become part of one of Tallinn’s most characterful neighbourhoods.

Where Kopli’s industrial heritage
meets a new way of living
Marati Quarter sits directly opposite the historic Põhjala Factory, bringing contemporary architecture into one of North Tallinn’s most distinctive neighbourhoods. The buildings are connected by a promenade that ties together the area’s industrial past, creative energy and proximity to the sea.
High ceilings, large windows and carefully considered interiors give the apartments a spacious and individual character, with views towards the sea, the courtyard or Põhjala Factory. At street level, commercial spaces add life to the promenade and create room for cafés, studios, boutiques and other creative businesses.

Interior architects
The interior finishing concepts for Marati Quarter were created by talented Estonian interior designers Galina Burnakova and Aet Grigorjev. Their approach combines contemporary design with subtle references to the area’s industrial heritage, creating interiors that feel distinctive, refined and closely connected to the character of Kopli.
The graphic details and design elements throughout the buildings pay tribute to Johannes Lorup, the visionary Estonian glassmaker whose factory operated on Marati Street in the first half of the 20th century. His legacy adds a unique historical layer to the architecture and interiors of the completed quarter.
