Participants will have a unique opportunity to photograph various views of Marienholm \u2013 from nature to show apartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prizes for the best photos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The jury will select three top photographers who will be awarded cash prizes and a memorable overnight stay in the Tiny Marienholm mirror house:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83e\udd47 1st place \u2013 \u20ac500 + overnight stay for two in the mirror house<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\udd48 2nd place \u2013 \u20ac300 + overnight stay for two in the mirror house<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\udd49 3rd place \u2013 \u20ac200 + overnight stay for two in the mirror house<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The best photos will be featured at the Marienholm opening event, in the residential lobbies and interior designs, and will also be used in future social media and press materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcf8 Send up to 10 of Your best photos to&nbsp;<strong><a>ivar@dalton.ee<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;by&nbsp;<strong>June 10, 2025<\/strong><br>\ud83d\udccd Shooting inside buildings and show apartments is possible&nbsp;<strong>by appointment until June 6<\/strong><br>\ud83c\udfc6 Winners will be announced on&nbsp;<strong>June 19, 2025<\/strong>, at the Marienholm opening event in Haapsalu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum length of the shorter side of each photo:&nbsp;<strong>2500 pixels<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition to landscapes, the photos should ideally include buildings and lifestyle elements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submitted images may be used by the photographer in all of their own channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Usage rights will be shared with Scandium Kinnisvara<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Scandium Kinnisvara&nbsp;announces a photo competition inviting both professional and hobby photographers to capture the unique Marienholm peninsula \u2013 a place where nature, the sea, and the charm of a new living environment meet.
