Scandium Kinnisvara has acquired the historic wooden villa at Tammsaare Boulevard 11 in P\u00e4rnu. This long-abandoned building, well known to many, will be thoroughly reconstructed inside and out. The building, once used as a holiday retreat during Estonia’s early years, will regain its original historic function as luxurious holiday apartments.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Located just a few hundred meters from the sea in P\u00e4rnu\u2019s beach area, the Tammsaare Boulevard 11 building has been vacant for nearly 15 years. Under the management of Scandium Kinnisvara, design work has begun to restore the building. This beautiful example of holiday architecture, built over 100 years ago, has served various roles including holiday apartments, a hotel, and a guesthouse. In the mid-20th century, two additional outbuildings were added to the property, which will be revitalized in the coming years.<\/p>\n

Maido L\u00fciste, CEO and Partner at Scandium Kinnisvara, said:<\/strong> \u201cWe have admired the Tammsaare Boulevard 11 building for a long time. Our goal is to transform this beautiful shell into P\u00e4rnu\u2019s, and perhaps Estonia\u2019s, most luxurious villa, where outstanding holiday architecture meets tasteful interior design and modern, relaxing lifestyle.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jaak Roosaare, Partner at Scandium Kinnisvara, added:<\/strong> \u201cThis building has symbolized P\u00e4rnu\u2019s summer and holiday spirit to me since childhood. Every time I passed by, I hoped someone would restore its former glory. I am particularly pleased that the Scandium Kinnisvara team has the courage and capital to undertake this significant project. Our previous investors have shown great interest in participating in this project, and I believe together we can restore this long-neglected building to its former splendour. Design work for the Tammsaare Boulevard 11 building is underway in collaboration with the APEX Architecture Bureau, with construction planned to begin in the spring of 2025. This summer, Scandium Kinnisvara will start pre-sales of the apartments for registered clients.<\/p>\n
